Start with the problem
I started in UX design by talking to people, understanding how they use technology and finding out where it gets in their way. That still shapes my work: listen first, understand the user’s experience and use that insight to decide what to build next.
My background brings together user experience (UX) design, product ownership, business analysis and hands-on delivery within cross-functional teams.
Connect.
End-to-end process and systems analysis is a core part of my work. I interview the people involved and map how tasks, decisions, systems, data and handovers connect, including the exceptions and workarounds. That makes it easier to see where work gets stuck, where effort is repeated and what a change would affect elsewhere.
I turn that understanding into a transformation project: define the problem, agree what improvement would look like, assess the opportunities and build a prioritised roadmap. AI and automation are options to evaluate alongside simpler process changes, not a starting assumption.
Where that experience comes from
I have worked in product and delivery roles across financial services, energy, pharmaceutical and customer-facing digital services. That range matters: the right approach depends on the people, processes, constraints and customers involved.
My work includes discovery, roadmap planning, technology vendor assessment and procurement, onboarding, integration and feature customisation. I work alongside specialists and delivery teams to make those pieces fit together.

I can own the product work end to end, from discovery and roadmap planning through to release and improvement. I stay close to the detail: prioritising the backlog, writing Jira tickets and acceptance criteria, working through daily Scrums, triaging bugs and coordinating testing with the team.
Most of my enterprise delivery happens as part of a team, with product ownership distinct from the engineering team’s coding responsibilities. In my own product ventures, I use Claude Code and the command-line interface (CLI), working directly in the terminal to take an idea from discovery through to a working build independently.
How I work through governance
Make governance part of delivery
I handle client relationships and work across business and technical teams, liaising with security, data governance and AI governance committees. I help make requirements, concerns and trade-offs clear so the right people can make informed decisions.
I work within an organisation’s existing governance framework, including its AI protocols, review gates and approval checks. Alongside the relevant specialists, I identify risks early, track the evidence and actions needed, and help the team work through each delivery stage. Approval decisions stay with the responsible people.
Inside my independent product work
Mythical Void and Sensei AI are my own product ventures and core examples of how I work. One combines procedural creature genetics with exploration and discovery; the other brings computer vision, movement analysis and AI-assisted coaching to martial-arts video. Both keep me close to the practical decisions involved in building, testing and improving a product.
I am comfortable working with established enterprise platforms and building beyond them. Custom applications, automation, APIs that connect systems, data handling and deployment are all part of my hands-on work. I choose and work across technology stacks to suit the problem, rather than treating one vendor’s toolkit as the limit.
That involves systems thinking, understanding how AI models work and where they can fail, and connecting application code, data, integrations and infrastructure. I guide AI development tools with clear context and constraints, review their output and test the result. I bring the same attention to risk and knowing when specialist input is needed.
These ventures sit alongside my enterprise consulting. They are in-house product-development work, not client commissions.

Deploy, learn and improve
The work does not stop when something is built. I help teams deploy, learn from customer feedback and use real customer data within agreed privacy, security and governance boundaries. We report against the original problem and agreed success metrics, understand what has changed and use that evidence to prioritise the next iteration.
Kaizen, or continuous improvement, is a principle I work by: understand the problem, make a change, measure what happens and learn. The feedback loop continues after release.

Make AI useful across an organisation.
I have helped thousands of people adopt AI platforms within organisations. That work includes Microsoft tooling, Copilot adoption, identifying and managing use cases, and developing agents and workflows with Copilot Studio.
Adoption is more than giving people access. I help develop AI champions, work through practical use cases with teams, gather feedback and refine the approach. Training, handover and reporting against agreed outcomes help people take ownership and make the value visible across the organisation.

I’m currently studying the Joint Professional Master’s in Advanced Digital Technologies for Business through Digital4Business, an EU-co-funded programme.
For my end-of-year project, I plan to focus on Sensei AI and computer vision, bringing the learning back into a product I’m actively developing.
