TechEvolveAI is an AI consulting and implementation company based in Dublin, Ireland. We help businesses understand where AI genuinely fits — and where it doesn't — then build the right solution at the right scale. Founded by Kevin Murphy after a decade building production AI across AIB Bank, SSE Airtricity, Intel, and ICON PLC, we're practitioners who've seen what works, what doesn't, and where the real gains are.
TechEvolveAI was founded by Kevin Murphy after a decade building production AI systems across regulated industries. We're not theorists who write research papers or consultants who sell strategy decks. We're practitioners who start every engagement by asking an honest question: where does AI actually create value here, and where is it just noise? That question shapes everything that follows.
What sets us apart is our ability to walk into any regulated industry—financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals—and quickly identify where AI creates real value, then build and ship it. We mine out processes, identify bottlenecks, and fix them either by implementing AI or redesigning the workflow entirely. Governance isn't a separate compliance exercise—it's built in as we go.
Our track record includes building production AI systems at An Post (1M+ users), deploying customer service AI at SSE Airtricity (50% query resolution), and ongoing confidential pharmaceutical AI work with ICON PLC. Before founding TechEvolveAI, Kevin spent 5 years at AIB Bank building PSD2-compliant digital banking platforms and 1 year at Intel in software engineering. We don't just talk about AI—we ship it.
Kevin is currently undertaking a Masters in AI Transformation, a co-funded European Union initiative, and was selected for the first cohort of non-fee-paying students—a significant achievement recognizing his expertise in the field. Our team includes an AI engineer specializing in cutting-edge implementations, and we scale resources as projects require, allowing us to handle multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and governance rigor.
We start by understanding your processes — not by pitching solutions. Some engagements result in full product builds. Others identify one workflow that can be significantly improved without disrupting everything else. We'll tell you which is which before we start.
1-2 weeks
We mine out your processes, identify bottlenecks, and map where AI creates real value. This isn't a generic workshop—we dig deep into your workflows and come out with a concrete roadmap.
2-3 weeks
Using AI-native development, we build a working prototype with core features in weeks. You'll have something real to test with users, not mockups or slide decks.
4-8 weeks
We build the full product with complete feature set, production infrastructure, and full governance compliance. This is where most agencies take 6 months—we do it in 2.
Ongoing
Post-launch, we monitor performance, add features, and keep your system compliant as regulations evolve. Optional but recommended for regulated industries.
Total: €75K-200K for full product
Compare to €500K+ for traditional agency builds that take 6-12 months
Honest fit assessment first: Not every business problem needs AI. We start by understanding your processes, identifying where AI creates genuine value, and being upfront about where it probably won't. That honesty is what makes the work that follows actually worthwhile.
Compliance is a feature: Most organisations see regulatory requirements as obstacles. We see them as design constraints that make systems better. Governance, audit trails, and ethical AI aren't afterthoughts — they're built in from day one.
Right-sized solutions: Not every engagement needs wholesale transformation. Sometimes it's one process that can be significantly improved without disrupting everything else. We build at the right scale — from a single workflow improvement to full product delivery — and we'll tell you which is appropriate before we start.
Continuous learning: Kevin is currently undertaking the Part-Time Masters in AI Transformation, a co-funded European Union initiative, and was selected for the first cohort of non-fee-paying students — a recognition of his expertise in the field.
Plain language, real outcomes: We can explain AI architecture to engineers in the morning and business value to executives in the afternoon. This bridge role is what makes AI actually happen in complex organisations.
